ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Parents are invited and encouraged to attend the RPS AGM.

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to present the proposed budget for 2026 to parents.

A quorum of 10% is required for this meeting. Both parents can vote.
If a quorum is not obtained, a second meeting will need to be scheduled. A quorum is not required for this second meeting.
