Dear Parents, Learners and Friends

RPS says THANK YOU!

Year-end is fast approaching and I would like to take this opportunity to thank our various stakeholders who have had such a positive and meaningful impact on our School.  To each and every person who contributed to keeping the RPS ship afloat, my heartfelt thanks.  No man is an island and we would not have enjoyed such a successful year without the support of so many.

To our RPS SGB, namely: Mark Harrison (Chairman), Madelein Moutafis (Vice-Chair), Matthew Bosch, Livhu Vuma, Marco Cocci and William Higgs – the support and vision you offer to RPS is so reassuring – many thanks.  To our Staff members on the SGB – Mr Dirk Bloem, Mrs Hilary Neill, Mrs Caryn Robb, Mrs Kirsten Smit and Mrs Lucille Sequeira, a huge thank you for your positive contribution to a proactive SGB.

Our FINCOM – William Higgs, Hilary Neill, Jean Doran, Mark Harrison and Dirk Bloem – thank you for so efficiently handling the school’s finances and for ensuring that we never lose sight of making decisions that are in the best interests of the children.

Our CLASS REPS are a fantastic group of moms under the guidance of Nicola van der Heever who keep all our families connected and our children recognised on their birthdays and on special occasions. Moms, your support of our school is much appreciated.  Special thanks to Sue Travers, Dee Baird, Heidi van Dyk and Heila Burt who have been Class Reps for many, many years at RPS.  Your support over the years moms, has been invaluable.  Our sincere appreciation for a job well done.
